Internship Terms
These terms apply to participants in Grapinz internship programmes.

Nature of the programme
Grapinz internships are structured learning programmes. Participation does not create an employment relationship, does not constitute an offer of employment, and carries no expectation of one.
Where a stipend is offered, it is stated on the programme listing. Where no stipend is stated, none is payable.
Eligibility and selection
Eligibility criteria are published on each internship page. Applications are assessed against those criteria and against available capacity. We may request academic or identity documentation.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place.
Fees
Where a programme fee applies, it is stated at the point of registration and is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fees for internship programmes are non-refundable once a place is confirmed.
Attendance and conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Attend scheduled sessions and meet agreed deadlines
- Communicate promptly about any absence
- Behave professionally toward mentors and other participants
- Follow security, confidentiality and acceptable-use requirements
- Complete the assigned project work
Confidentiality
Interns may see client information, source code or business processes that are confidential. This information must not be shared, published or reused outside the programme, either during it or after it ends.
Where a project is subject to a client confidentiality agreement, participants may be asked to sign a corresponding undertaking before being given access.
Intellectual property
Work produced on client projects belongs to the client or to Grapinz, as set out in the relevant agreement.
Personal capstone projects built for learning remain the participant’s own, provided they contain no client-confidential material and no Grapinz proprietary code.
Certification
Certificates are issued only to participants who complete the programme requirements, including attendance and final project submission. Each certificate carries a unique verification ID and can be checked publicly at any time.
Certificates may be revoked where they were obtained through misrepresentation, plagiarism or academic dishonesty. A revoked certificate shows as invalid on the verification page.
Termination
Grapinz may end a participant’s involvement for serious or repeated breach of these terms, including confidentiality breaches, misconduct, plagiarism or sustained non-participation. No refund is payable where a place is terminated on these grounds.
