Grapinz Institution

Learn the way delivery teams actually work

Courses, internships and workshops built around real projects, code review and mentor feedback — so what you can show at the end is work, not just a certificate.

  • Every programme ends with a project you built and can explain
  • Mentor review on your actual code and designs, not just recorded lectures
  • Certificates carry a public verification ID any employer can check
Our approach

Taught by the team that ships the work

The Institution exists because of what we see when hiring. Candidates arrive with certificates but have never handled a code review, never worked to a brief that changed halfway, never deployed anything. We teach inside a working technology company, so the standard you are held to is the standard our client projects are held to.

Project-first

You start building in the first week. Concepts are introduced when you need them to move forward, not as theory to memorise first.

Mentor review

Your work is reviewed by people doing this professionally. You get specific, sometimes uncomfortable, feedback — which is the point.

Real constraints

Deadlines, changing requirements and imperfect briefs, because that is what the job is.

Verifiable certification

Certificates carry a unique ID and a public verification page. Nobody has to take your word for it.

Portfolio you can defend

You finish able to walk an interviewer through what you built, why you chose it and what you would change.

Career guidance

Portfolio review, CV feedback and interview preparation as part of the programme.
