Apply for admission

Applying takes about ten minutes and commits you to nothing. We will call you to talk it through before any fee is discussed.

How it works

What happens after you apply

Five steps. You can stop at any point up to accepting an offer, and there is no cost until you do.

Step 1

You apply

Ten minutes, and it costs nothing. Tell us who you are, what you have studied and which course interests you. You do not have to pick a batch.

Step 2

We call you

A counsellor talks it through — whether the course fits what you want, which intake suits your timings, and what the fee actually covers. Ask anything here.

Step 3

We offer you a place

If it is a good fit, you get a written offer for a specific batch, valid for two weeks. Nothing is committed until you accept it.

Step 4

You confirm and pay

Accept the offer and we raise your fee invoice — payable in instalments if that helps. Your seat is confirmed once the first instalment clears.

Step 5

You start

You are enrolled in the batch, and your student record and certificate eligibility follow from there.

Before you start

What to have ready

Nothing is uploaded with this form — we ask for documents later, once we have spoken.

  • A recent passport-size photograph
  • One government photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence
  • Your highest qualification marksheet or certificate

Applicants under 18 will also need a parent or guardian named on the application. Prefer to do this in person? Call +91 82706 61266 and we will book a time.

Your details

Everything here is used to process your application and nothing else. We never sell or share your details.

Applications are handled personally at the moment. Our online admission system is not live yet, and because an application asks for your date of birth, address and identity documents, we would rather take it directly than put it through a general enquiry form.

Call +91 82706 61266 or email institution@grapinz.com and we will take you through it.
