Editorial policy
How we write, source, review and correct what we publish.
Last updated
Who publishes this content
Everything on grapinz.com is published by Grapinz, a technology, training, marketing and startup-support company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Articles carry a byline: either a named person, or “Grapinz Team” when the piece was produced by the team as a whole.
We only name a person as an author when that person actually wrote the article. We do not invent author names, job titles, qualifications or experience.
Accuracy
We publish a factual claim only when we can support it — from a reliable source we can link to, or from our own first-hand work. Where something depends on circumstances, such as a project price or a salary, we explain what it depends on rather than publishing a single number we cannot stand behind.
Facts about Grapinz itself — addresses, phone numbers, founding date, course details — come from one verified source in our own systems, so the website, our structured data and our business listings say the same thing.
Sources
When an article relies on outside information, we list the sources at the end with links, so readers can check them. We prefer primary and official sources — vendor documentation, standards bodies, government data — over summaries of them.
When an article has no sources listed, it is based on our own experience of doing the work, and it says so in how it is written.
How we use AI tools
We use AI writing and research tools to help draft, structure and edit some of our content, in the same way we use spell-checkers and design software. A person at Grapinz decides what is published, checks factual statements, and is accountable for what appears under our name.
We do not publish AI-generated reviews, testimonials, statistics, case studies or claims about our own results.
What we will not claim
We do not describe Grapinz as “the best” or “number one” at anything unless an independent source has said so and we can link to it. We do not publish fake reviews, ratings, awards, client logos or placement figures.
The structured data in our pages — the machine-readable information search engines and AI assistants read — only contains facts that are also visible on the page and true.
Corrections
If you find something wrong, out of date or unclear, email info@grapinz.com with the page address. We review every correction request. When we fix a factual error in an article, we update its “Last updated” date.
Dates and updates
Every article shows the date it was first published and the date it was last updated. The updated date changes only when the substance of the article changes — not for typo fixes or design changes — so it means something when you see it.
